Meet Ricco
Hi, I'm Ricco - Founder of WraithWolf IT.
My interest in technology started long before my professional career, and eventually led me to study IT and build a career around solving technical problems.
At 18, I began studying IT, and at 19 I entered the professional IT industry. Since then, I've spent nearly a decade working with technology in professional environments, including supporting large Managed Service Provider and banking environments.
My experience has covered computers, operating systems, hardware, software, troubleshooting, endpoint infrastructure and the everyday technical problems that can bring someone's work to a complete stop.
Throughout that career, I've helped hundreds of users and businesses keep their systems running smoothly, securely and reliably.
At 28 I made the decision to build WraithWolf - bringing about a decade of the experience I gained in enterprise IT environments directly to everyday South African users and small businesses.
