Terms & Conditions

Using WraithWolf

These Terms of Service govern your use of the WraithWolf IT website, remote IT support services, software, digital resources and related services.

By requesting or using a WraithWolf service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to them.

1. Services

WraithWolf provides remote IT support, troubleshooting, optimisation, software assistance, cybersecurity assistance, IT consultation and related technology services.

Services are provided based on the information supplied by the customer and the circumstances of the specific device, software or technical problem.

2. Remote Support

Remote support may require the customer to install or use remote-support software and provide temporary access to their device.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate backups of important files before allowing any troubleshooting, optimisation, configuration or other technical work to be performed.

3. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your device, software, accounts and technical problem.

You should not provide WraithWolf with passwords, banking credentials, authentication codes or other highly sensitive information unless specifically required for a particular technical task and appropriate security measures are in place.

You are also responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important personal or business data.

4. Data and Backups

WraithWolf takes reasonable care when performing technical work. However, technical troubleshooting, repairs, software changes, operating-system changes and other computer maintenance can occasionally result in unexpected behaviour or data loss.

Customers should maintain current backups before any significant technical work is performed.

5. Software and Third-Party Services

WraithWolf may recommend or assist with third-party software, applications, operating systems, security products or online services.

WraithWolf does not control third-party products or services and cannot guarantee their availability, security, performance, compatibility or future operation.

Customers remain responsible for complying with the licensing terms and conditions of software and services they use.

6. Cybersecurity and Malware Removal

WraithWolf may provide assistance with malware detection, malware removal, system security and general cybersecurity improvements.

No cybersecurity service can guarantee that a device will never become infected, compromised or attacked in the future.

Security recommendations are provided based on the information and circumstances available at the time of the service.

7. Software Developed by WraithWolf

WraithWolf may develop and distribute software products, including WolfTech applications.

Software is provided subject to its applicable licence, documentation and usage conditions.

Customers must not reverse engineer, redistribute, modify, resell or otherwise misuse WraithWolf software unless expressly permitted by the applicable licence or by WraithWolf in writing.

8. Payments

Where a service requires payment, the applicable price will be communicated to the customer before the service is performed, where reasonably possible.

Promotional prices and special offers may be subject to specific conditions, availability or expiry dates.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling requests will be considered based on the nature of the service and whether work has already been performed.

Where applicable, customers should contact WraithWolf as soon as possible regarding cancellation or refund requests.

10. No Guarantee of Results

While WraithWolf will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and resolve technical issues, not every technical problem can be guaranteed to have a successful outcome.

Some issues may be caused by hardware failure, third-party software, internet-service providers, operating-system limitations or other circumstances outside WraithWolf's control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WraithWolf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of its website, services, software or recommendations.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, interruption of business or damage resulting from circumstances outside WraithWolf's reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable South African law.

12. Website and Resources

Information published on the WraithWolf website and in free resources is provided for general informational purposes.
